Materials & Care

What are Orlivea pieces made of?
Gold or silver-tone stainless steel, finished with waterproof resin, enamel or natural stone. No plated brass, no cheap alloy that's what keeps fingers from turning green.

Can I shower, swim or wear them at the gym?
Yes every piece is waterproof and designed to be worn every day without tarnishing or fading. We'd just suggest taking pieces off for the gym, since friction against equipment is harder on a finish than water is.

Are they hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials, safe for sensitive skin.

Sizing

How do I know my ring size?
Most of our rings are open or adjustable, designed to fit a wide range of sizes without needing an exact measurement. Where a piece isn't adjustable, the size is noted on the product page.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, and typically arrive within 5–8 business days worldwide.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At this time, Orlivea primarily ships within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item. It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

I'm in the EU do I have extra rights?
Yes. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, under the same conditions.
